This means that you have your own front door, toilet and kitchen. It is not possible to apply for rent allowance for rooms;<\/li><li>Your basic rent is below the limit of \u20ac737.14 in 2020 and below the limit of \u20ac752.33 in 2021;<\/li><li>Your income is not too high. Calculate your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.belastingdienst.nl\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/nl\/toeslagen\/content\/wat-is-mijn-toetsingsinkomen\">income<\/a> via the website of the central government;<\/li><li>Your assets are below the limit of \u20ac30,846 in 2020 and below the limit of \u20ac31,340 in 2021.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you meet all the conditions, you can apply for housing benefit<a href=\"https:\/\/www.belastingdienst.nl\/wps\/wcm\/connect\/nl\/toeslagen\/content\/hoe-moet-ik-huurtoeslag-aanvragen\"> via the website<\/a> of the central government (in Dutch).
