How do I terminate my contract?

You can cancel your contract by sending a registered letter to the landlord. This is a letter that you post at the post office and for which you pay extra so that the landlord has to sign for receipt. This letter must contain:

  • Landlord’s name;
  • Date of sending letter;
  • Topic;
  • Your name;
  • The address where you’re now renting;
  • When you want to cancel the rental agreement. Please note the statutory notice period (a payment term).
  • Request a refund of deposit with your bank account number (optional);
  • Your new address (optional).
